I had a SUCH GREAT stay, with location in downtown. It had a great and amazing setting close enough to the center of San Marco, and enjoy the evening.

For the price we paid, we got a lot of value. The room was spacious, clean, and even had a kitchen. Plus, there was a grocery store nearby. The location was perfect, everything we wanted to see was just minutes away. The staff was friendly and helpful, the owner even picked us up at the boat station and made our arrival smooth.
Breakfast items could have been better, but that minor flaw was overshadowed by all the other positives.

Located right in the heart of the city, this quaint studio offers easy access to all the tourist attractions. You can enjoy a bottle of wine on the big terrace while soaking in the ambiance of downtown. the host is always ready to assist you with anything you need.
The kitchen is a bit small and located next to the bed.

ca' del cortile is a charming, clean, and centrally located hidden gem in venice. federica was kind and helpful, guiding us through the maze of streets and providing us with well-stocked amenities. the shared courtyard was a lovely surprise. exceeded my expectations!

We had a warm welcome from the host's son, which made us feel at ease right from the start. The location of Ca' Del Cortile was perfect - quiet yet central, allowing us to easily explore Venice. Despite some drawbacks, the communication was decent enough and we felt like we were part of the local neighborhood.
Although the shower situation was less than ideal, with no separation and water flooding the entire bathroom, we made do with the facilities. The air conditioner, while unreasonably loud and preventing us from using it at night, did provide relief from the heat during the day.

stayed in venice before but ca' del cortile exceeded expectations! gorgeous room, centrally located, and federica was lovely to communicate with. loved the shared courtyard and convenience of a supermarket nearby. easy walk to main attractions. thank you federica!
Hot water for showers was inconsistent.
